Return Policy Terms:
All sales have a 2-year warranty (frame only).
If you have received a defective item please follow the return procedures, and contact us within the warranty period.
For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
Returns may be subject to a $55 restocking fee.
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
Return Procedures:
Please contact us at micro@sdewalkerusa.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping back the product (buyer must pay shipping fee to ship it back-no exception). In the event that a replacement is not available, buyer must choose to substitute with a difference product, upgrade, or similar product. If item is lost during shipping you are to obtain an insurance claim from the shipping company. After you have received your claim number please email us and we will follow up on the claim and ship you a new item.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason within 10-days, simply email us to obtain the RMA #, ship it back and we will issue a full refund back to you--less shipping fee and $55 restocking fee.
Return product must be in original clean condition box with original accessories and packaging.. Otherwise we will not be ACCEPTED BACK FOR RETURN OR REFUND.
